Studios Counterclaim: Counterclaim filed by Jonathan Zavin of Loeb & Loeb on behalf of the studios.

The list of defendants includes MGM, TimeWarner, Sony, Disney, Dreamworks, Universal, 20^th Century Fox, and Paramount, which is a complete list of those requested in the Motion to Join Studios.

Of note: In the filing of the Counterclaim the Studios excluded listing Video II, Glen Dickman, JWD Management (one in the same).

Due to the fact that the DGA and the studios have a single firm working for each of them, we believe there will be complete unity in Defense and Prosecution in the answers and counterclaims put forth by the DGA and the studios.
